Meet De'Leice
De’Leice R. Drane is an author, business leader, inspirational speaker, and ordained minister who elevates the way people think, act, live and lead. As the Vice President of Operations and the driving force behind First Kingdom Management, Inc. in Atlanta, GA., De’Leice spearheads brand operations and logistical support for Fortune 500 corporations, historic nonprofit organizations, and stakeholders. Her expertise in contract negotiations, endorsement deals, event production, Intellectual Property/Trademark, and global speaker management propelled her to make acquaintances with world leaders such as Nelson Mandela, President George W. Bush, Pope Francis, and former President Barack Obama, to name a few. She recently made the acquaintance of President Biden and Vice President Harris during their visit to The King Center in January 2022.
Aside from her work with First Kingdom Management, De’Leice is well known in international Christian circles for her perceptive yet spiritual prayers and messages which have left audiences transformed by her anointed gift in speaking the word of God. She founded YOUnique Legacies, LLC., in 2014 to educate, equip and empower others in managing and protecting intellectual property, including their spoken word and digital content. In 2018, De’Leice was honored by the Memphis Juneteenth committee with the Lifetime Achievement and Spirit of Excellence Awards. That same year, she penned her first book, Life IS…, a daily devotional book, which she believes will heal and transform lives. After the success of her book, De’Leice partnered with YouVersion to create Life IS as an online bible plan highlighting the key elements of her book for a global audience on bible.com.
In 2019, De’Leice was certified as a Nonviolence365® Certified Trainer, furthering the philosophy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. She is committed to her community, advocating for social justice and uplifting others through her faith.
De’Leice R. Drane is a native of Memphis, TN, and is a graduate of Memphis State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. De’Leice is also a member of the Atlanta Chapter of the National Council of Negro Women.
